So if you are looking for a lovely vibrant tree to keep on display at home or work, this common variety might be a brilliant option. Japanese Maple lore dates back to the seventh century. Revered for their bright colorful leaves in fall, it is no wonder that this beauty has survived the test of time as one of the most popular ornamental trees around the entire world. We celebrate this beauty by offering it in every color we can mimic in nature. We sell the popular silk red/green maple as well as a fall version with vibrant reds, yellows and browns. We also designed a custom made version of this tree using natural trunks and constructed here in the U.S. by our artisans. We also know you need this design in lots of different heights, widths and styles, so we offer options from four feet tall to 9 feet tall for just about any installation imaginable. One of my favorite designs looks more like a topiary and at 7 feet tall it will make a serious statement in your abode.

Next, its time to think about plant placement. When we do local installation indoors, we start by measuring the entire room, the furniture and the space in between. We think about symmetry, size of furniture, height of ceilings and placement. If I’m putting a plant in the middle of the room, I want it to be short and bushy like a floor plant at about 4 feet in height. But if I’m placing something in a corner next to a credenza or tall lamp, I will go with something in the 6 to 9 foot range, as long as there isn’t a piece of artwork on the wall behind.

Our indoor artificial maple tree is what I would consider ornamental in design, and it deserves to be dressed up with a fabulous planter. If your decor permits consider using a Chinese inspired Urn, or if you are going modern, a resin planter with a burst of color. Either way, I would go with a basic basket as this faux plant deserves just a bit more panache.
