We all decorate with garlands around Christmas but did you know that there are also a number of garlands that have been designed specifically for the autumn. For me, the fall is the beginning of the holiday season and a great time to start decorating your home with seasonal decor. You can’t go wrong with any of these garlands. All of them will make the top of your cabinets, mantles, banisters, and tabletops look amazing all fall long.
Autumn Garlands
- Glittered Bay Leaf Garland
- 60 Inch Artificial Maple Leaf Garland
- Mixed Berry Outdoor Garland
- Artificial Pumpkin & Gourd Garland
- 6 Foot Delia Robia Garland
- 6 Foot Lacquered Red Apple Garland
How to Use Them
Garlands are one of my favorite pieces of season decor because they are so incredibly versatile. A single garland can add color and texture to an architectural ledge while a series of them can beautiful line a banister and exposed railing. Many of them also have coordinating wreaths, candelabras, and more. They are also a great way to frame an open doorway.
Getting Maximum Use
Some of these garlands, such as the glittered bay leaf garland and mies berry outdoor garland, can transition right into Christmas with the changing out of a couple accompanying elements, such as candles and figurines. During the fall, pair them with burgundy, orange, and hunter green accents before changing them out for Christmas items closer to the holidays.
