Creating a beautiful, artificial floral arrangements is easy when you know the basics of how to do it. Today, we will discuss a simple way to dress up your table for fall. Use this list of autumn vase fillers and artificial flowers to create a handmade centerpiece for your dining room or living room.
To start, you will have to choose a clear glass vase. If you are choosing a small filler, such as unpopped popcorn, choose two vases, one that is smaller than the other. Place the small vase inside the larger one and place your vase filling in the space between the two vases, leaving the inside of the smaller vase available for your artificial flowers.
Once you have chosen your vase you can go ahead and fill it with the filling or fillings of your choice. With the vase filled, you can go ahead and place the stems. Dense fillings will act as a support for stems, allowing you to use fewer stems than you would need for an empty vase. The filling also conceals the plastic stems, revealing only the beautiful silk blooms.
Choose both flowers and fillers from the list below and mix and match them, as you like. Be sure to send us pictures of the finished product so we can post them on the blog.
